75% of our staff and volunteers have lived experience of raising a child who needs a bit of extra support, so we genuinely understand.
Here’s our team in their favourite place at Ruby’s.

Alison, Founder

My role is to lead and manage everything that is Ruby’s. I haven’t got a favourite place in the centre as I have painstakingly thought about and built every area of the building, so I truly love it all!
