Changing room

Our founder Alison often found herself changing Ruby on the dirty floor of a cafe toilet because she was too big for the baby changing facilities but needed changing whilst they were out.

Eventually she stopped going out with her to places without changing facilities for children weighing 15kg+. At that time, these types of Changing Places were few and far between.

This made Alison determined to ensure the Ruby’s centre facilities included a changing room with lots of space, a hoist and a changing table.

So if you find yourself staying at home with a disabled child because of a lack of changing facilities please come and visit us! We have a supply of aprons and gloves and a small selection of nappies and pads. If you need any help then please ask a member of our team.
