Here’s our team in their favourite place at Ruby’s.
Alison, Founder
My role is to lead and manage everything that is Ruby’s. I haven’t got a favourite place in the centre as I have painstakingly thought about and built every area of the building, so I truly love it all!
Steph, Programme Development Lead
My role is to lead and development the SEND service here at Ruby’s. My favourite thing about Ruby’s must be the sensory bus. It’s such a fabulous resource that makes a difference to families who access it.

My role is to manage the charity accounts at Ruby’s. My favourite thing about Ruby’s is the cafe.

Izzy, Volunteer Facilitator & Activities Co-ordinator
My role is to work with our fabulous volunteers and to co-ordinate actitivites and events at Ruby’s. My favourite thing about Ruby’s is the cafe.

Becca, 16-25 SEND Volunteer Co-ordinator
My role is to provide young people aged 16-25 year old with volunteering opportunities at Ruby’s. My favourite thing about Ruby’s is the people we support and the team.

Kate, Senior Sensory Outreach Practitioner & SEND Services Co-ordinator
My role is to provide family support to families with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in groups. My favourite place at Ruby’s is the sensory bus. I love it when a family talk to us and they feel nervous, overwhelmed and sometimes hopeless but then they leave feeling heard and hopeful!

Natalie, SEND Worker & Data Officer
My role is to support families with SEND who visit Ruby’s. I also gather and provide reports on all the data at Ruby’s. My favourite space is probably the sensory room because it’s peaceful and relaxing. I also think the soft play and café area with the lights above is brilliant.

Jasmine, Business Admin Apprentice
My role is to support the centre manager in the running of the cafe at Ruby’s. My favourite thing about Ruby’s is creating drink specials especially hot chocolates.

Chloe, Children, Young People & Families Apprentice
My role is to support children, young people and families at Ruby’s. My favourite thing about Ruby’s is the soft play and seeing the children enjoy playing.

My role is to support at the SEND Sessions and Little Ruby’s. My favourite room at Ruby’s is the sensory room. I especially love the Omi Vista interactive floor projector.
