What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and lead engaging, inclusive play sessions in our café and soft play areas.
  • Coordinate and deliver short breaks tailored to individual needs (one-to-one, group, and activity-based).
  • Promote positive experiences that encourage social interaction, independence, and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with families to provide a supportive and understanding approach.
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

Time commitment
24 hours per week, including:

  • Two Saturdays per month
  • Two after-school sessions per week
  • 12 month fixed-term contract.

Salary
Up to £16,500 (pro-rata) depending on experience.
