    Our community café and soft play is open up to 6 days a week and offers a varied timetable of sessions for the public, as well as specific sessions for families with special educational needs (term-time only). The 2-tier soft play is suitable for children up to 8 years old, and includes a toddler area, swing area, slide and ball pool.     Book here Enjoy exclusive use of our Sensory Room at Ruby’s, a calming, interactive space designed for babies, children, and adults to explore and relax in a supportive environment. Booking Details: • Private hire for up to 10 individuals (babies, children, and adults). • £10 per hour plus a £0.95 booking fee. • Additional places available (maximum of 4) at reception for £2.50 per place (one adult & one child count as two places). Sensory Room Rules of Hire: • Booking times must be adhered to so we can prepare for the next session. • Children must be supervised at all times in all areas, including the Sensory Room. • Please leave the room as you found it, returning balls to the ball pool before you leave. • No food, drinks, or nappy changes in the Sensory Room—toilets and baby changing facilities are available. • Café opening hours: Usually 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. We cannot guarantee entry to the cafe during busy periods. Booking an open play ticket is advised to avoid disappointment (check the timetable for any changes).     Ruby's Fund Meridian House, Congleton, Cheshire, United Kingdom

    SEND Wednesdays @ Ruby's is exclusively for SEND children and their families living in Cheshire East! The SEND team facilitate this session and offer an exclusive SEND space for families to enjoy. No diagnosis is needed to attend- we would love to see you there. Please note that we are unable to offer one-to-one family support appointments during these sessions and full supervision of children in attendance is required at all times. Our SEND sessions aim to offer: A safe place to come to as a SEND family An opportunity to meet and socialise with other SEND families Access to relevant signposts and information about Ruby's services and other services available Access to specialist sensory resources such as our sensory swings and resource library. Families are welcome to use the sensory room as a calming space during these sessions- adult supervision is required. You are also welcome to meet professionals at our sessions- the more the merrier!
