We are delighted to welcome you to our new soft play area and cafe. The soft play is designed for children aged 0-8 years. We were inspired to use the rainbow theme as it was such a positive symbol during the pandemic. We have put a lot of thought into the design of this equipment especially for our little sensory seekers. We hope you love it as much as we do.

We have introduced a new booking system to help us support the COVID 19 Test & Trace service and to be able to clean and sanitise between sessions. If you have any questions please email: info@rubysfund.co.uk before purchasing tickets.

We have have 30 tickets available for this session. Please purchase one ticket per attendee in your party. Refunds cannot be made if the tickets are cancelled within 24 hours of the booked session.

Please note the following changes have been put in place for your safety:

1. There are no balls in the ball pool due to COVID 19 guidance
2. The sensory room is not available as part of this ticket but can be booked separately
3. Wall mounted hand sanitiser units are situated around the centre for your use during your visit
4. The cafe has been laid out following social distancing guidance so please don’t move the furniture
5. Session times have been introduced please keep within these times so we can prepare for the next session

1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your pre-booked session and wait outside the main door
2. Please only bring essential items with you
3. Reception staff will book you in and complete our COVID 19 checks
4. You will be asked to use hand sanitiser before entering the main area
5. Social distancing measures are in place in the centre – please follow the Government guidelines
6. Please follow signs around the centre for COVID 19 at Ruby’s guidance

PLEASE do not visit Ruby’s Fund if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID 19 or are awaiting test results
