At Ruby’s Fund we are closely following Government guidance for COVID 19 and are adapting accordingly. Please note this page is updated regularly but may not be straight after a Government announcement so please always follow Government guidance.

We have introduced an online booking system for all Ruby’s Fund sessions with reduced numbers in accordance with social distancing. Click here to go to bookings. External organisations manage their own booking systems and procedures so please contact them directly.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before you session. This is important as we have staggered timings so we are reducing the number of people entering and exiting the building at any one time.

Please wear a face covering before entering the building and in all areas except when eating and drinking. Medical exemptions apply.

On arrival you will have your temperature checked, be offered hand sanitiser and checked in the booking system. You will be encouraged to check in using the NHS Test and trace app which is displayed around the centre. You will then be directed to your session.

For soft play & Cafe sessions please find a table and use this as your base. There are posters and hand sanitiser units located around the room. Please follow Government guidance on reducing contact where possible.

For sensory room hire please follow the current guidance. There’s a hand sanitiser unit located outside of the sensory room.

For a session in Siblings room please follow the signs and keep left going up or downstairs. Please use the toilet facilities upstairs. There are information posters displayed around the Siblings room and toilets for your reference. Please use the hand sanitiser provided.

In the toilets there are hand washing posters for reference. We use paper towels rather than a hand dryer.

We have strict session times to give the staff the opportunity to clean between sessions. We have a thorough cleaning regime.

Thank you for your support as we find our new normal.
