Chill & Chat is a peer support group for parents who need help supporting their children to deal with their emotional needs, to become aware of their feelings and to learn techniques to manages their emotions.

Claire, our Relax Kids coach hosts this session which is informal, full of chat over a cuppa. Claire teaches the classes so can advise you which class would be beneficial for your child.

Chill & Chat Meeting Days:

  • 2nd Saturday of the month 9.30-10.30am
  • 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month 9.30-10.30am
