Kanga Health Ltd, the international digital health business based in Congleton, has donated £1000 to Ruby’s Fund to help with the BOB (Buy our Building) appeal. Ruby’s Fund Sensory Centre, which provides services for children with additional needs and their families, opened in the Meridian House, Roe Street, Congleton in 2014 and has been awarded Connected Community Status by Cheshire East with around 25,000 visitors to the centre each year.
Kay Wesley, CEO of Kanga Health, said “We work with healthcare companies and providers all over the world and Ruby’s Fund is a perfect example of a completely child- and family-centric service. It is an enormous credit to Alison and her team that many of its parents say that it has been their lifeline and a service they cannot do without. It is our pleasure to support the BOB appeal and I hope other local businesses will do the same”.
Alison Parr, Founder of Ruby’s Fund said “Thank you to Kanga Health for this donation, which has taken us one more step towards our goal of putting down the deposit on our building. Time is of the essence and if others would like to donate please get in touch as soon as possible”. Donations can be made through Facebook, CAF Online or contact the charity directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01260 277666
