Help us to raise funds to open a multi-sensory studio

Welcome to Ruby’s Fund

Ruby’s Fund’s mission is to open a multi-sensory studio for those with additional needs in Congleton, Cheshire, England.

Ruby’s Fund is a small non-profit making charity run by volunteers. We are heavily reliant upon voluntary donations and contributions. With the generosity of our supporters we have managed to raise £33,000 in two years of fund raising. Our third year of fund raising is well under way. Please have a look at our calendar for future events and support us with our mission.

Multi-Sensory Studio – what is it all about?

A multi-sensory studio or sensory rooms are specially designed environments which allow users an opportunity to relax, play, learn and enjoy the wide range of experiences a multi-sensory studio can offer. A multi-sensory studio can be used by all ages and abilities for relaxation, focused work, therapies and sensory stimulation. Please see sidebar ‘Useful links’ for examples of multi-sensory studios.

If you want to support Ruby’s Fund there are several ways to help us:

  • We are always looking for people to fund raise for us in a sponsored event.
  • If you have any spare time we are always grateful for helpers at our coffee mornings or other events.
  • We always require raffle, tombola and auction prizes.
  • Become a member of Ruby’s Fund.
  • Finally a monetary donation is always welcome!

Our plan for our third year and how our funds will be spent:

  • contributing to the finding and establishing of suitable premises
  • funding the purchase of specialist equipment and training for volunteers
  • promoting Ruby’s Fund and its mission
  • hold monthly committee meetings to take the project forward
